Tracking calories? Think of a bucket. Fill the bucket by the end of the day, not let it spill over.
Training? Lift 100 kg once. Times 10, it's a tonne. Aim to lift 2 tonnes a day. I had read that Arnie used to strive for 100 tonnes each day with his Italian training partner Franco Columbu.
Looking to lose weight?
Here's a quick tip: Focus on consistency, not perfection.
In my Fitter After Forty Community, hundreds of clients have lost 20+ kg by adopting this approach.
The secret?
Even if you have an "off day," stay consistent for the rest of the week and you will still hit your goals.
Think of your health like a rugby season—you might lose a game, but you can still win the championship!
